The short film I shot last month for the 168 Film Project will be screened this weekend at the 168 Film Festival. My film, The Price, will be shown Saturday morning as part of "Screening #1" from 9am - 10:10am at The Alex Theater in Glendale. Ticket info can be found here.

This blog began as my place to chronicle my life in Los Angeles, where I lived from 2005-2009. In March 2009, my husband and I moved to my home state of Texas, where we have started a new chapter of life together.
My stepdad, John, gave me the nickname "Starshine" and I have always loved it. He passed away in 2003, but his love still resonates in my heart. John had a way of putting things simply and never judging. I hope that this blog will be a place for me to put into practice some of his virtues--a place to openly express myself, free from the judgment of my inner critic. A place to be truly alive!

That would be so cool, wish I were there. Enjoy!!
You should sneak in a little camcorder, and film it, and then sell it on the streetcorners! (People used to do that when we lived in Philly...)
