Still no referral, but the dove outside the nursery windows is a mama! Actually, shortly after I took the last photos, I noticed the little baby birds in the nest. They're growing by the day!
What a beautifully unique way for Heavenly Father to bring you peace, hope, and encouragement! Doves are symbolic to begin with so to see this beautiful mama dove outside your nursery window... Well, it brings tears to my eyes.
I really adore the little birdies peeping out of the nest, don't you? One of them nested right outside my office window one spring until the nasty janitor chased them away - I was so upset. Keep an eye on that Lovey Dovey, she's bound to bring you luck and love! xo
This blog began as my place to chronicle my life in Los Angeles, where I lived from 2005-2009. In March 2009, my husband and I moved to my home state of Texas, where we have started a new chapter of life together.
My stepdad, John, gave me the nickname "Starshine" and I have always loved it. He passed away in 2003, but his love still resonates in my heart. John had a way of putting things simply and never judging. I hope that this blog will be a place for me to put into practice some of his virtues--a place to openly express myself, free from the judgment of my inner critic. A place to be truly alive!
