Jilly's Exultant Moment
My sister is expecting a baby in less than three weeks. She has had a pretty ideal pregnancy, but lately, because the baby is getting so much bigger, she has been very uncomfortable--especially at night. A couple nights ago, she couldn't sleep at all. Finally, she woke her husband up at 5:45 am just so she didn't have to be alone in her misery. Poor Jilly! At her doctor visit Thursday, he prescribed something to help her sleep. Jilly called my mom this morning absolutely gleeful that she finally got a good night's rest!
I guess my point in all this is that it's the little things--life's sweet moments (like walking to feed the meter)--that are filled with wonder and reason for thanks and praise.

I stumbled across your blog whilst I was looking up Shakespearean quotes. What a wonderful and positive blog you have. I am relatively new to blogging by you are more than welcome to drop in sometime. I believe my day to day life must be very different than yours yet there are some similarities too. All the best in your future acting.
It seems like in a just world, the last few weeks before you give birth should be the best sleep in your life. You know, since you're not going to sleep for at least a few weeks, perhaps months, maybe even years...
But it's not a just world, as evidenced by the heartburn and discomfort of the last part of pregnancy.
I'm glad that Jill was able to sleep! What a blessing! And, yay on the part and the shooting of the part! Yay, you!

Just came off the Womens Retreat and it was a reminder of how much more we need to be praising - feeling so joyful right now!
