Color Me Cleansed

I mentioned in this post that I was beginning a ten day colon cleanse, in combination with a (mostly) vegetarian diet.

When all was said and done, I lost two pounds at the end of ten days. The best result, though, is that I haven't been waking up anymore with that full feeling. PTL!

Just thought you might want a state of the colon address...hope you're having a doodley-do-da day!

I've heard of the cleansing thing. Thanks for posting about your experience. Have you noticed any more energy or different things besides the not feeling full?

Aren't you glad to discover that you already eat pretty healthy, and your colon wasn't full of 20 lbs of fecal matter? That's the folks who lose a ton of weight, I think...those that usually eat nothing but meat, and it's all stuck in there. Gross.

I must admit, though...I WAS wondering...

As I sit here eating my fiber rich cereal, I am giggling at your "doodley-do-da-day", and Eric keeps looking over at me.

As a matter of fact, I was also wondering how it went and what you used. Thanks for sharing!

I'm glad you and your colon are feeling better. I spent the past week eating like a cow..This week I'm drinking tons of water.. Hoping to get that same feeling :)

Okay how strange, but 3 of our family members are doing this exact cleanse! :) I can't do it because I'm nursing, but I did find one that I can do nursing called Oxy Powder. If you haven't heard of it, check it out. With four cleansers in our house I can say with certainty that I'm the one having the most doodly-do-da-days. :)
