Making it all Artsy up in Here!

While most of the nesting has been done in our condo, we've been waiting to hang artwork on the wall above our bed because we were waiting to get the high resolution files from our wedding photographer. Our idea was to convert some of the more "artsy" photos into black and whites, frame them, and hang them on that wall.

My sister and bro-in-law gave me Photoshop Elements for Christmas, and I LOVE it! My photographer friend, Jen, taught me how to convert color pics into these sepia-type images. These are my favorite six that I plan to enlarge and frame. What thinks you?

Love them! They're perfect. :)

Remember that you're in CA, so frame them in something that won't hurt if there's an earthquake in the middle of the night, and hang them SECURELY. :) (Can you tell I'm native?)

i love sepia! its a classy change from the traditional black & white.

the photos you chose are so original and each come from a perspective that makes you think about the actual event of your wedding--instead of just a still life image! (did that makes sense? hehe! yes, im trying to be nerdy here. LOL.) they will look awesome all hung in a cluster above your bed!

plus, i love your new blog header pix! it's a perfect projection of who you are! :)

I'm a wee bit behind in my bloggy reading and not commenting much as I try to catch up, but I have to tell you that these are beautiful! What a great idea! (and I might "borrow" it).

I had asked for Photoshop Elements for Christmas, but then we decided to skip the gifts this year so it's still on my wouldn't it be great to have list.

Beeeeeeeeeeeeeautiful photos!!! What a fairytale wedding! Absolutely gorgeous!

I've got some of our wedding photos up on my blog too. Ours was very different from yours. We got married on the beach where we used to go for walks and enjoy the sunset when we were dating!

Even though we got married a year and seven months ago, I still love looking at wedding photos (ours and other people's wedding photos)! I am in love with your wedding pics!!
